Have you ever......?

Have you ever tried one of those websites that will morph 2 faces together to see what their kids will look like? I heard they're pretty crazy, but we chose to go with a more reliable source. Enjoy!

Invitation Extravaganza!!

My sweet David has been working very hard these last couple of weeks on a special project. When we were engaged he wrote a program that would help us to easily organize and send out our wedding invitations ourselves. Since my sister, Ashley, is now engaged David has been spending a lot of time perfecting this wonderful tool. It is now online and easy to use at no charge :)

All one would have to do to begin using it:
1. visit www.dearprime.com
2. create a new account
3. Click on "Directory" to begin adding contact info
4. Click "Events" to add a new event (wedding, baby shower, birthday party, etc.)
5.Click "Hosts" to add the hosts of the event
6.Click "Activities" to add smaller events inside a large event (wedding ceremony, reception bridal shower, etc.)
7. Click guests to invite certain people in your directory to each activity

It's a really neat program, soon it will have an option to print the addresses out on labels right from your home computer. We would love for all of you to mess around with it and give us feedback and any suggestions to improve the site. It was a life saver while planning our wedding and i hope it will be convenient for others to use as well.

We Love you all!

That CAN'T be very comfortable!

I happened to look outside while Tucker was taking one of his puppy naps and figured out that his dream must be to be the first contortionist dog. Scary right? I know! Anyway he's a silly puppy that keeps us on our toes. We love him most of the time :)

A Higher Calling

So Dave and I have lived in our new ward boundaries for almost a month and a half. I thought we were smooth sailing considering the other 8 new families that moved into the ward around the same time we did. Well we hadn't been forgotten, they asked us to speak in church 2 weeks ago and that wasn't as bad as i had thought it would be.

Today during Sunday School we were pulled into a room and given an official calling in the ward. David and I were called to be Nursery Leaders! YEA! I've wanted to work in the nursery for a long time. We don't have children yet so we are both totally looking forward to the interaction we'll have with the children and the best part is that we only have them for 2 hours every week :) We play and wear them out then send them home :) David will now have an excuse to bring snacks to church and I'll get to teach fun simple lessons like "We Thank Heavenly Father for our Hands". I'm gonna have a blast coming up with activities and crafts to go along with each lesson. Yeah, nap-time IS included.

I know you are probably jealous of our awesome calling :) I'm stoked!
